RCV News: Santa Clara County considering ranked-choice voting

NBC Bay Area reports that Santa Clara County is considering a move to ranked choice voting, with the county planning to take up the issue in summer 2024. South Bay Congressman Ro Khanna voiced support, saying RCV rewards the candidate who can build the most consensus and forces candidates to talk to everyone, not just the far right or far left.
